SIIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU INDEED my friend!! Me and her are not Brazilian.... except spiritually, haha, my country isn't participating unfortunately. But after Neymar scored such an impressive goal... We HAD to root for Brazil. It appears she was unable to paint her hairpins... what a shame, but I suppose she is showing more than enough Brazilian spirit anyway!!!!

Armie Buff is from the sixth game in the series, Spirit of Justice. If you search up her name, you can find a sheet of concept art done for her, one of which is the design I drew here. She has many... I want to draw the other ones too.
